Can anyone direct me to some help in getting the PTZ to work in Blue Iris with this HooToo® HT-IP211HDP camera?
http://www.amazon.com/HooToo®-HT-IP211HDP-Megapixel-Wireless-Camera/dp/B00MUMN20Q/ref=sr_1_1?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1418783510&sr=1-1

I am accessing it over the Internet so I had to set up some port forwarding rules in my router, in case that matters. Fortunately I was able to get the video to work.

How would one go about finding the proper settings for the "PTZ/Control" tab for the camera? There are a lot of options to choose from for "Network IP".

Thanks!

Generally its the http port. Also check the camera interface and see if there is a box that needs to be checked to enable ptz.

Got it! Selected Foscam FI86xx/98xx compatible and it's working now. I may have mistakenly tried another Foscam option before instead of the suggested 86xx option.
