ptz preset not working

hello everybody

i have troubles with ptz preset for 2 cameras with blue iris:

Jidetech waterproof 5mp dome wifi camera with 20x zoom H265
foscam FI9828W

even if I set it in ptz panel, when I call each preset it doesn't work
I have tried many times but no way
with other ip cams I don't have problems
network ptz was set by default when i used find/inspect button to find both ip cams
and i haven't changed it
i have also tried to insert port but presets can't be recalled
i enclose images for each ip cam ptz panel
someone can help me?

I recently had a similar issue with a Dahua SD camera.
I found a thread that suggested deleting and re-adding the camera using find/inspect making sure the user & password fields were filled in first. That did the trick for me.
