PTZ tripwire to activate tour

Has anyone successfully setup at PTZ with tripwire enabled to activate tour when tripwire is hit?

I have tripwire working and can activate it to go to a preset PTZ location... but the tour feature doesn't activate on my NVR even thought it is enabled.

might have to setup the tour on the NVR, it seems like its a local feature.. SmartPSS wouldent trigger the tour I setup on the camera and made me do it again in SmartPSS..

Hmm.. I have the tour setup on the NVR and can manually do it. I cannot invoke it automatically when tripwire is activated for some odd reason.

Made progress... but can only get it to go to the first 3 presets in the tour then it stops on the 3rd one... any setting that would prevent it from going to the remaining 5 presets? Like some timer setting for IVS PTZ activation

So no matter what presets I select for the tour... when the IVS tripwire is activated the tour only does the first 3 presets I chose and then stops. Anyone aware of any settings that would prevent the presets from going past 3 roughly 15 seconds?
