Purchased the IPCT/Hikvision IPCT-2A4-PTZ Camera - Got Video working but cannot get PTZ working

Very New -Newbie here, and as the subject says...
I purchased the IPCT-2A4-PTZ Camera and just received it today.
Have two questions I am hoping someone can point me in the correct direction:

• I was able to get Video working properly with BlueIris, however (so far) I have been unable to get PTZ to function. Is there a "how to properly figure out what the settings should be book someplace", or could someone provide what those settings should be?
• It would appear this Camera does not natively work with Chrome. I ended up using IE and Download a Plug-in to get video to show on my browser - Is there a firmware update for this camera to allow it to work in Chrome natively?

Below are my configuration settings for Network, and PTZ. Any help would be appreciated.

I got it working - I just needed to keep trying different PTZ/Control settings.

Found the "Hikvision DS-2DE/2DF-AE/7208" option, and it works properly.

Talk about a Newbie Mistake. I guess I must remember, if you at first don't succeed - then keep trying different things.
