QNAP NAS - Hikvision IP Cam Notification Issue

I have been having an issue where my intrusion detection is notifying me when someone arrives, but i am receiving multiple notifications (every 2 seconds apart). The IP cam with the issue is DS-2CD2742FWD-IZS
and my settings are [Threshold:10 Sensitivity: 20] and I am using a QNAP TVS-682 and running QVRPRO version 1.1.2.0. Any help..suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

QVR Pro has grown quite a few bugs recently.

This might be a problem with the current camera model implementation.
I think the best approach would be to raise a QNAP HelpDesk ticket to find out if it's a known problem and what the resolution is - or to advise them of it.
Use either the built-in HelpDesk app, or use Submit a ticket -
