Quality outdoor cable in the EU?

Trying to find recommendation on good affordable outdoor installation cable in the EU. All I can find are recommendations in the US, Monoprice etc.
Brand name cables in Sweden are very expensive for some reason.
Any advice on what and where to buy affordable quality cable in the EU? Outdoor rated, 305m bulk (or per meter), cat 5e or cat6.
