Questions about reasonable sound from an IP camera.

Hello Everyone.

Does anyone know if there are IP cameras that are good enough to pick up the sound of my dogs barking at about 100 feet? I have no need for a surveillance system, and I don't want my neighbor to think I'm spying on them, so the camera will be aimed at my propane gauge so I will know when I need a refill. I've tried a few options for outdoor microphones. There really aren't that many to choose from, and any that I've tried have really bad hiss. Your help would sure be appreciated.

By the way, I'm aware of the legal ramifications that I need to consider.

I have several Dahua starlight and have tested the mic. I'm sure it would pick up a dog barking at that distance. If I disable the noise filter, the cameras on the front of the house pick up small planes overhead, traffic behind the house, wind, etc.
