Re-Arranging Cameras. BI-5 ?

Hi I do not know if its me or there is a bug.. However I am unable to re-arrange cameras around.. Anyone else or am I missing something ?

I made sure solo selected camera is off.

Right-click on the cameras and make sure that Drag lock is not enabled.

Interesting it was drag lock was not on.. and I did some more troubleshooting like closing app re-open that did not help.

So I finally went under services and stop the Blueiris service and restart and re launch app and everything worked..
