I debated on if I should post this or not but I'm thinking, why not: I updated my win7 BI v4 pc to the latest realtek win7 Ethernet drivers and I'd swear my CPU usage dropped big time. I really don't get it and don't have any good before/after numbers, just viewing on 'Windows Task Manager'. The drivers I updated from was a realtek version from 2018 so the drivers were not that old to start with. Anyway, of course this is DEFINITELY a YMMV but I thought that if someone else saw this and tried it and it worked for them there it may be more to it than magic, LOL!

Something must have been very wrong if the cpu usage dropped that much from just the NIC drivers as the cameras aren't using that much bandwidth.

BI says my cameras (8 of them) are doing 2000kB/s 200MP/s. This pc is also running Media Center Edition with 5 HD tuners.
