Recording clips on phone help

When using iphone to view record clips I click the movie button to record clips to phones photo album which has worked in past ,but now something has changed with two of my cameras, now i get error messages. all other cameras work fine doing this! I have checked the record modes not sure what else to check,

this has been reported in another thread...email support.

I don't believe this is a Blue Iris issue because everything is working on my iPhone 7.



You may want to try doing a "reset settings" on your iPhone.
