Is this correct/normal?

I have two Hikvision cameras one cube 3mp and one bullet 2mp. The cube is set at 1280x1024 at 5fps. The bullet is set at 1280x960 at 5fps. All other settings are the same as far as I can determine. Over either same period of time the cube has recorded 312,000kb and the bullet 27,000kb. Is this because of the 2mp vs 3mp or is something amiss? Bentley

The amount of space used for recordings is dependent only on bitrate, nothing else...check the bitrate, it can vary even on CBR, but will vary more so using variable bitrate.
