Hello dears! Please do not scold strictly! I have a difficult situation, the client asked to flash the NVR for China to Russian firmware to change the language. After flashing, the NVR does not turn on and there is no image on the screen. I connected via USB-ttl Putty and here's what it gave me:

I specified the ip address of the NVR and the server 192.0.0.64 and 192.0.0.128 previously connected the NVR through the switch and registered in the network card settings the address 192.0.0.128 and started TFTP, but after I confirmed the beginning of the firmware Putty issued: Download digicap.dav TTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT and so on to infinity, while TFTP is not loaded the firmware, only the status of the TFTP server is initialized. Asking for your help, can I fix this logger, if Yes then tell me how, thanks!

That's a timeout, suggesting that the NVR cannot connect to the tftp server.

System version is unrollback !
It looks like you are trying to load an earlier version of firmware.

Maybe you can use the better commands at the bootloader, if you use the 'b' command at the update menu.

See also this which shows the commands which should be available : How to - Fix your 15-beep-bootloop Hikvision DS-76xxN-Ex NVR, or convert to EN and make it updatable

It looks like you are trying to apply older firmware than has been installed and seeing a rollback block.
At the update prompt you can use the 'b' command to get to the bootloader.
Use help and printenv to see what's available.
