I can currently view all three cameras over my personal network but can't view them remotely. I have followed several guides on port forwarding and set things up just as many others have in this forum. I just cant figure out what I'm doing wrong. I could use some expert help.

Welcome to the forum..for us to help you, post screenshots of
1) your blue iris webserver tab (redact that external ip address only, leave the local lan address)...
2) your routers port forward setting
What is the make and model of your router? is it a modem router combo?
What port are you trying to forward?
Have you tested you webserver port using http://www.canyouseeme.org/ what is the result?
