RG59 to POE - 8 Camera System Conversion

I have an 8 camera, analogue system (Geovision GV-1240) using rg59 siamese cable. Additionally, I have a Blue Iris system that has another 8 POE HikVision cams.

I am looking to upgrade the analogue system/cameras to POE, and run all of it via a single Blue Iris system.

My question is ...other than pulling new cat cable, what would be the best way to go about this? Individual baluns for each camera (seems like a mess)? Or, maybe something like this:

HIGHWIRE Powerstar Base 8. Eight-Channel Ethernet and POE over coax rack-mount solution

Has anyone used the item above? Seems really pricey? Best place to buy baluns?

Dahua just announced its ePoE, which uses adapters on the end of RG59 runs to do power and IP (so doesn't really help with the mess part):

... the non-ePoE version of that camera has been the most popular camera on here since last year (because of the varifocal and bigger Sony STARVIS sensor).
