So my second network router took a shit yesterday, on this network I only run the ip security cameras and the blue Iris machine to run all of them. I have one of these routers Ubiquiti EdgeRouter.

I'm not doing much with it so I was going to use it to replace my second network router will this router have enough power to run 8 camera's at 2592x1520 at 10 fps these are connected to two TP link poe switches, then the tp link switches to the edgerouter. I'm thinking it will work but I know a lot of people here use the edgerouter and want to make sure it wouldn't be the bottleneck and waste my time setting it all up. Also in the feature I'll be adding 4 more 1080p cameras with another tp link poe switch. Does the edgerouter have the capability to run it all ? Thanks in advance
