run webclient . exe comes up when IP address in pleased in URL

run webclient . exe comes up when IP address in pleased in URL

When I try to put my IP address for my Camera into the URL field of , Firefox, Chrome, Edge, etc

I get this...



I go to download and install it, and restart the browser / and computer, and same thing still keep popping up.

Anyone get this?

use IE....

IE was replaced with Edge. So I do not have IE any longer.

no it was not...its still there...type internet explorer in the windows search...
