SD49225T-HN Zoom and focus not working

I have recently bought SD49225T-HN unfortunately on Aliexpress. The system shows the zoom change, but the zoom actually remains the same, does not change, and the camera does not focus. The focus also cannot be set in manual mode and the image is also blurred.

I can’t apply for REFUND or get back the money.

What could cause this ?

Could it be possible that I’m wrong setting up this camera?

Or is it possible to repair such camera?

Why can't you apply for a refund?
Did you remove all packing material?
Have you reset the camera back to Factory defaults?
Did you make your own ethernet cable to the cam?
Did you use solid copper cat 5e or cat 6 and not copper clad aluminum?
Did you wire the Rj45's to the 568b standard?
How are you powering that camera?
I suggest using the 32bit Pale Moon Browser instead of Firefox
What does the camera do while it's powering up?
Take the back off the cam where you would put in an SD card, look to see if one of the moisture absorbing paks has come loose and lodged somewhere that interferes.
