Hi!
Camera PTZ Dahua SD6AL830V-HNI has been working for about a year, no problem.

Recently, the message "Some function will be locked when it reaches 95% " and "Current Rotation Times 98%" appears in the video stream.
Today the function "Tour" stopped working and some other PTZ functions - the message "Locked status" appears.

The first time I met this, as I understand it, I’ve already exhausted my “subscription” or “counter” to use the non-key PTZ functions?

How can I return (unlock) this and other PTZ functions? Reset and reset to factory settings did not help.

Thanks for help! :)

PTZ finish? :( Only manual

Release notes: Self-protection mechanism when PTZ longevity reaches threshold. It is to disable basic PTZ movement when it reaches the longevity limit for some movement components

Did you ever find a solution to your PTZ problem? Mine,
camera-randomly-does-not-reach-PTZ-preset-position

when patrolling preset PTZ positions, it drifts left

a reboot/reset should help it find its bearings again.

This is a very old thread. But I have seen it mentioned a few times.

Dahua (and probably Hikvision) have a life statistics counter on their PTZs.
After 'x' time of moving it will give warning. This is so you have time to call a technician to replace the camera before any mechanical failures.
It appears to be a software lock even if there is no mechanical failure (which would be nice to overwrite).
