Security camera for construction site

I'm Rico from Germany and I need your help!

I want to install a security camera for a construction site.
The camera is going to be mount on a crane and needs a 360 degree vision.
Electric power is not the problem. But the wifi is.

I need a security camera which can send live video data over mobile communication (e.g. an app) but also can save the videos on a NVR.

Which camera system would you recommend me?

You can always use a normal professional ip camera with long range AP, transmit/received to sent the data back to the NVR. Share this 4k for you to have a look
