Getting the hang of it
I installed/configured Sighthound ALPR yesterday. On my dashboard, 3 of the sections continuously say, "loading data..." Does this mean the cam is not positioned well, or is it indicative of a config error? I tested the rtsp stream on vlc player. Any assistance is appreciated. Pic attached.
