I have couple of those - a 2MP and a 4/5MP. Haven't played with them much, other than to make sure they do work.
The PTZ mechanism seems a little flimsy (plastic maybe?) and it seems they might wobble around a bit in a strong
wind, but as i haven't mounted them, can't say for sure if that's a real problem. I do like that the 4/5MP can do 4x3
or 16x9 depending on the resolution selected. Also, the mount can be flipped around for mounting under an eve, or left as in the photo for mounting on a vertical wall. For the ~$60 and ~$75 i paid, i feel they are a decent value, but obviously I have no clue about their long term reliability. Should put them up near some of my other cams and get some comparo shots...

ok, so I have some test subjects:

then we mount 'em on a test platform:

use a Poe extender to keep the wiring simple (60w injector at the router):

and hang the whole thing outside

wife sees it and insists i take it down immediately, so comparo images will have to wait till some other time...

keen to see pozzellos results, and yeah SD1A203 was my next option. well that or hik DS-2DE2A404IW-DE, just that in a couple of locations the mini bullet style is better suited (replcing existing bullets mounted on external walls)

Cams on the board pending a 'spa day':

YaniVision 2 & 5 MP PoE PTZ mini-bullet cams
from Aliexpress store "Yanivision Official Store"

US $69.92 24% OFF|POE 5.0MP 4.0MP Mini PTZ IP Camera H.265 H.264 ONVIF Outdoor IP66 4X Optical Zoom IR 50M P2P CCTV Security Onvif Waterproof CCTV-in Surveillance Cameras from Security & Protection on Aliexpress.com | Alibaba Group
US $53.34 30% OFF|1080P 2.0MP POE Mini PTZ IP Camera H.265 Cloud Storage Outdoor 4X Optical Zoom P2P CCTV Security Onvif Waterproof IR RTSP-in Surveillance Cameras from Security & Protection on Aliexpress.com | Alibaba Group

There seem to be various sellers and brands of these cams.
I picked this seller so I could get one of each in the same order,
and the prices seemed pretty good @ $61 and $76 each (prices have come down)...

We also have the Huisun-style mini-ptz, also sold under various brand
names these days.

I have a 4MP (paid $173) from
US $199.0 |4MP (2560*1440) 3MP Mini PTZ IP Camera outdoor PoE 10X optical zoom IR 80M SD Card slot onvif P2P Network cctv security Camera-in Surveillance Cameras from Security & Protection on Aliexpress.com | Alibaba Group
and a 2MP (paid $136) from
US $125.0 |FULL HD 2MP 1080P MINI PTZ IP Camera PoE P2P onvif 4X 10X optical zoom IR 80M outdoor SD Card slot Network CCTV security Camera-in Surveillance Cameras from Security & Protection on Aliexpress.com | Alibaba Group
Prices seem to have gone up somewhat since I got mine.

I've had a couple of the original Huisun and later Imporx 2MP versions
doing LPR duty for a few years now with no issues, so I was curious
to see how the newer versions stack up. The 4MP is mounted on the board
already, but I'll need to add another PoE port if I want to mount the 2MP as well.

The 4th cam on the board atm is an Amcrest IP2M-846 (wifi version, so has no PoE
and thus the splitter). Very similar to Dahua SD29204T-GN, reviewed elsewhere here.
It's really meant to mount on or under a flat surface, and mine has no Pan (only
Tilt & Zoom, perhaps a common point of failure on these? as I have 2 with the same
problem) but should provide something reasonably well respected to compare against...

Passers-by were giving the rig funny looks while I had it up, except for this guy who was taking his coffee for a walk...

Some daytime comparo still shots below.
- I had all 4 cams at approximately the same view, which means the 10x PTZ was near its widest FoV ~5mm
- I had the 4/5MP bullet PTZ at 4MP to match the 16x9 aspect of the other cams (it'll also do 5mp at 1.5:1, taller than 4x3)
- images all exported from BI's UI3

My (not so scientific) impressions:
- colors are bit wonky on the 4MP (Huisun-style) mini PTZ. I haven't played with settings and frankly, color accuracy is not a big priority for me
- The 4/5MP bullet has a nicer picture than the 2MP bullet, but the lighting may have been slightly different when i grabbed that one going in the other direction.
- The Amcrest (Dahua clone) has perhaps the most 'realistic' picture of the bunch, as expected?...

Will try to get some night shots if the weather co-operates this weekend...
