Smart PSS suddenly will not show video

Hello,

Tried to log on to Smart PSS this morning and no video on any camera. I have it installed on a Mac running Sierra. The only thing I changed on the machine was an upgrade to TeamViewer. So I uninstalled it ,restarted and still no video. Under the Default Group all the cameras have a red circle with a slash though. I’m stumped. Any ideas on where to start trouble shooting this?

Go to the "devices" page and check that the cameras are still logged in. The username and password settings may have been lost somehow.
