I have changed ISP and shortly after changing routers 3 cams have dropped off the network....it may be a coincidence. My new ISP has IPv6 enabled, that's the only difference I think.

3 of them seem to come and go but I can never log on.

The 3 that are the problem I can ping from fing on my phone but show (to me) abnormal times compared to the ones that are still healthy.

Any ideas?

Just a couple of observations - may not be relevant :
Customising the ports on a Hikvision camera can be problematic - though it's been the HTTP port as opposed to the media port.
Way back there were problems with Hikvision cameras in IPv6 environments. And the firmware looks old.
Customising the ports implies you are 'port forwarding' the cameras. And, if so, that version of firmware is very vulnerable to the Hikvision backdoor exploits that are so prevalent just now. Maybe the troublesome cameras are now part of a botnet and struggling with their multiple activities.

HI Alistair,

Way back they were open to the WWW but have not been for about 2 years.

I access them via the synology app and very occasionally over via the VPN on the Synology NAS.

115 is a UK cam V5.3.0 150630 the other 2 are Chinese with older firmware.

Cheers.
