Hello

Just got myself a few SP012 cameras. Tried to add them to blue iris but had no luck until i read a post about someone with a sp08. I used the recommended settings and it works on the local network. HOWEVER will it work remote? I live in the netherlands and am watching most of my cameras on my property in the philippines. All my other cams that i use i use port forwarding on my router. My question is can I use port forwarding going from port RSTP port 554 to e.g. port 5013 and then use the same settings in blue iris with port 5013 and the /onvif1 settings?

Hope there is someone that can help me with this

You only need to forward a single port in blue Iris to view remotely.. you don't need to forward the cameras...also the sricam is complete garbage.. good luck with them..

Hi was interested in getting the same garbage too, coz it was cheap.
Can you recommend me some other ones?

I quickly scan through a few threads and people seems to recommend

But they are like US70 compared with US22 sricam.
Are the US70 one mid range? they will probably suit my purpose. but kind of costly, anything between US70-US22 that is worth considering?

Think of it this way. What does it cost to fly back to the Philippines to replace broken garbage? That makes the $50 difference seem quite cheap doesn't it? What are the consequences to you if you install garbage, it dies after you leave, and then you have no video coverage until your next trip? Does that make the math easier? If not then buy Sricam. You are their kind of customer. A gambler.
