This morning the same guy from the previous videos stopped in front of our neighbor's house to have a quick smoke from his bong.

Even before he dumps his bong water, you can see the bong water stains on his driver's door from previous dumps.

I don't have much tolerance for people driving while intoxicated whether it's alcohol, marijuana, or pills. I say fuck it, put the license plate in the video title and description for the SEO. Post it to nextdoor, facebook, and twitter and tweet it at the local news and pd.
