Stock ticker or sports ticker

Is there any way to make a camera like the weather radar but with stock ticker or sports score ticker?

Right off, I can think of 2 ways, the second one you already know:
1) If you could fetch and save the data as a text file, then you could assign it to a macro in BI and display as an overlay on either a stored image or on a regular camera video.
2) Or if you can obtain a URL to an image that is updated periodically as is the radar animated GIF then that could be displayed by BI (as you know).

Thanks.. no sports now and market getting hammered. What a time to try this huh? Haha. I will have to find a stock site that has a ticker of some sort
