I've been using BI for several years now with very few problems. I have an issue that just popped up regarding alert clips.
I only have 4 active cameras, all recording continuously, and recording motion alerts. All 4 worked perfectly until just recently. When viewing the alert clips on 1 camera the first 5 seconds of the clip are black, no time stamp, nothing. If I view the continuous clip the video is there, just not in the alert clip. the other 3 cameras record clips just fine. I'm running less than 20% cpu, no changes that I know of, and I don't believe auto updates are on.
Any ideas? Thanks in advance.
