I'm trying to set up substreams on this camera in BI, but am running into an 'RTSP:404 not found' error. Substreams are enabled in the camera UI. The camera worked great until I tried to add the substream URL. When I delete the substream it returns to normal. Here are screen grabs of what my setup looks like. Anything look wrong to you?

It's weird. Blue Iris is switching back and forth between the main stream and the substream as seen in the 'status' section. All of my other cameras are running on substreams and have no issues.

Nice. Thanks for posting your settings. I copied everything and main/substreams started working. I reverted back to my settings one setting at a time to see if I could narrow it down to what got it working. It was the "Setup RTSP back-channel for talk support (PCM-U format)" setting. Weird. I wouldn't have thought it would be this, but toggling this setting on/off makes substreams work/not work. Great news... except now I lost the 2 way talk feature of the camera.

Are you using this feature on yours?

Ok, so after some more tinkering, I've found these settings work with all features of the camera. I experimented with all settings using the Amcrest drop down. I had to change the rtsp in the BI camera settings to port 80 and it started working. I didn't change any other settings in the camera UI. 2 way audio, ptz, and substeams are all fully functional.
