Sunba 507-20XC

when i try to open my sunba 507-20xC in the internet explorer it says the ordinal 104 could not be located in the DLL H264Play.dll.

in chrome it says plugin not supported....
firefox a plugin is needed to display this content.
where did i go wrong ?

I have a Sunba 507 XB camera. I use Internet Explorer Version 11 in Windows 8.1 without any problems. I'm not sure what your error means. I don't think you can use Firefox or Chrome with this camera. You probably should contact Sunba for help with your camera.
