I had a SV3C camera, it was a waste of money, i tossed it in the garbage.

to be honest on mobile not a problem never lost connection and its not wired at all but can't connect to pc

Is camera wired to home network ?
Does IP address show up on your router ?
If you have the IP address can you access the camera from a windows internet explorer or PALEMOON 32 bit browser. Note most modern browser will not work well, chrome, edge,firefox, Safari
Please read the WIKI in the blue bar at the top of the page about security and IP cameras. If you are directly accessing your camera from your cell phone your home network is at risk.
