Swann NHD 810 wiring and repair

Hello. I bought an 810 camera that had all the plugs cut off. Thought it would be an interesting project. I have found a thread that sorted the RJ45 aspects but now when I plug it in, the network switch leds flash but there is no picture. Do I need to do anything with the remaining wires (6) that feed the resent switch and the power socket? Thank you.
