Tabs and clips issues

Has anyone ever had this issue on BI 5 (0.57)
After 2 or 3 hours of operation when I open the camera setting the tabs have disappeared and the clips list goes black.
I restart the console and everything will be back in order for 2 or 3 hours.

Is there a solution to the issue ?
I contacted Ken several times but no answer

I had that problem with one of the first released 5.0 versions. I would restart and everything would come back. I rebuilt the database Status tab>Clip storage>Repair DB and installed the next version when it was released for update. I dont know if either of these things were responsible for the repair, but I havent had that problem since.

After repair of the DB same issues!
Moreover I do not understand why the BlueIris support does not answer

I also have that issue, but I may go days not hours before it happens again
BI5 (59)
A restart of the app will correct it
I have emailed support as of this morning

Here’s the answer I got from support

"Sorry for the trouble ... looks like you are running into memory issues. Are you certain BlueIris.exe remains exempted from all process scanning antivirus etc?"
