Taking a snapshot from IE web app.

I am confused why all the snapshot buttons in the web app for ie or greyed out. I can take a picture from the android app fine. BUt hwen im on remote machine I cant take a picture. I can take a picture from a store video clip but not the live feed. IS there some setting im missing or is this just not something you can do?

Make sure the user name you are using has administrator rights....Blue iris options>users>click on the users name, check the administrator box...
