Hi,
When I upgrade Hickvision's firmware via tftp, I noticed different behaviour :
- using CISCO SG-100-16 (no POE, no administrable switch) and external power supply => no problem.
- using NETGEAR GS728TP -(POE / administrable switch) => tftp.exe never see camera.
Have you encountered this problem ? Do you know what's wrong ?
