Just a PSA, cause I've looked in the forum for the same issue but found none matching...
I noticed that some of my clips and live cameras have the following issues:Both the OSD time and the "BI database time (with regards to clips)" are wrong. In my case they are delayed by several days. Restarting BI, updating Bi, and deleting the camera and adding it back does not help.
Good news is, I think I've found the culprit: under the camera settings, video tab, configure page: Disabling the "Use RTSP stream/time code" seems to stop this problem in its track immediately. I have tried looking up more info on this option, but came up with nothing. I am guessing the clock on some of my cameras are off, so the RTSP time code gets messed up and drifts over time.
