tinycam crashes after sometime running live view

I have a old fireHD 10 tablet running LOS 16
tinycam runs ok but the app crashs back to the launcher after some time

I enabled the watchdog it seems like its not working rather the APP is present the recents task list(after crash) but is never properly restarted to live view (not being brought to the foreground after crash)
