I am using ivms on iPhone and iPad. I have 2 dvd's. the 8 channel works fine. When I add the 4 channel I keep getting error "incorrect username or password. I have change the password and I am positive they are right. I can get it to work on macbook pro with ivms4200. Any ideas what I can do.
