Troubleshooting "no signal" on HK Camera

I just turned up another HK Camera this morning. It was working fine and I had to mess around. I changed resolution on the web interface and BI lost signal to the camera so I changed it back. Camera won't come back. It responds and is discovered but still no signal. I rebooted both camera and server to no avail. Added camera again - same issue. I get no error in BI from what I can see. I tried changing from generic RTSP to a HK Camera type in its model range - still nothing.

web interface shows camera up, i see stream in web interface of camera.

any ideas on what else i should try?

thanks

I usually right click on the cam, go to setting and then hit OK.
