UI3 Frozen

Hi all,

While watching my cameras on UI3 today, all of a sudden I noticed the moving circle in the middle of the screen just going round.
I closed it down and tried to open it up again with no luck, just says "can not connect".

The only way I could get it to reconnect was to go on to the pc I use for BI and open the software from there, then I could get UI3 to connect again.
What I did notice is when BI started on the server it was showing a lot of unallocated space in red, but clicking on the stats icon it showed it was going down until correct and green.
I looked in the "Log" and saw the following in the attached picture.

Anyone know what it means, and do I need to do anything about it, or is it just a one-off.Capture.JPG

It sounds like Blue Iris crashed (it happens unfortunately quite often on some systems) and didn't restart. According to your log you are still running the old version of the service. Turn off service mode in Blue Iris settings > Startup tab, then restart Blue Iris, then turn service mode back on, then restart Blue Iris.
