I am running the latest version of BI (v4.5.9.8). I have just re-configured my network and put BI and all my cameras on their own VLAN so that I could comfortably port-forward on my router to BI. I did this to enable the "rich" push notifications on my iPhone–got it working.
Around the same time (coincindence?) I noticed that I could no longer either control BI via URL or access either jpg or mjpg streams. I use URLs like:
