Hey guys,

Suddenly when reviewing any of the jpeg alerts i get this error,

I have tried
-deleteing & repairing the DB,
-deleting the cameras and re-adding them
-moving the stores to a different folder

I am out of ideas, can anybody shed some light?

hmm been a while since you post but ill roll with it

two most obvious things:
- permissions issues in storage folder? (local or nas)
- disable any antivirus you have temporarily and test.
