Unable to partially zoom in or out..

Just bought, a few cameras from Andy.. including a IPC-HDBW4433R-ZS, which is varifocal..I know I can adjust the zoom level via the camera interface, but in blue Iris I cannot figure out how to partially zoom in or out, all I can do is either completely zoom in, or completely zoom out..there has to be a way of partially zooming in...for example I have that cam in my vestibule, when a package is delivered I want to zoom in remotely, but if I zoom in all the way , the package is out of the frame..

That camera is a varifocal, not a zoom. It is designed to be set at the focal length required for each,individual, installation. In terms of being able to partially zoom, check the camera configuration, PTZ settings. I'm not at my BI machine right now so I can't be more specific.
