Hello there, Im currently connected to the same WIFI as the NVR and trying to unbind the current account but I am unable to do so. I will get the following error message after trying to unbind "Device version is to low"
My current model is: ERI-K108-P8
I have tried numerous times to upgrade the firmware version through Batch Control, IVMS-4200 but it keeps failing. This is the error message that I get trying to change through the browser settings
"Failed to get the upgrading progress. ". IVMS-4200 only has option for updating but then it is stuck at 0%.
Any help is greatly appreciated
