Unable to view cameras remotely on Android Phone

Hello Everyone,
Recently I have installed two Hikvision Cameras in an office. I did all the setup and now I am able to view them remotely using a static IP through a web browser, but I cannot view the cameras on android phone using any app. I have tried all the apps & also tried changing media port settings several times. The IVMS 4500 app gives an error “Receiving data from device timed out.”. Kindly give some solution for it. I have attached some photographs for your perusal.

Use the standard port number on your nvr. Pointless to change it. Then try again

Me personally would rather have a glass of whisky. I was asking you if you can setup a VPN connection to make your life a bit easier and safer
