Unable to view recorded clips

Hi,

I have BlueIris saving video in MP4 format and can view clips via the app when using the alert/lightning bolt icon.

However, when I use the camera icon in the app, I can see live video, but cannot view the respective recorded clips. I get a "Cannot open video" error.

Anyone have this issue? ;)

likely you are trying to open video that is recent and the file is still open based on your combine and cut settings...that is a limitation of mp4...dont use mp4...use bvr.

I was just going to post, lately it seem i have the same issue. You can see the recording are not there, is that how yours is also?
