For some reason, for the last few months, I've noticed that my BI5 doesn't shut down properly when I either restart the PC, restart the service, or install an update. It hangs for a while on "stopping service" and then eventually does restart - but the log has "unexpected shutdown" every time.

Interestingly, when the system sees an upgrade available (I have it set to DL and automatically install), it will download the update, and then initiate a restart. However, the install must fail because the version does not increase accordingly. In fact, the only way it will successfully update is if I manually initiate it - and even then the log indicates unexpected shutdown.

Has anyone seen this behavior before? It's a dedicated machine, and it's definitely getting hung up on the shutting down of the service for some reason. I'll probably fire off an email to Ken, but figured I'd check here before bothering him.
