Upside-down camera playback is crazy

Here is the view from one of my cameras. It's ceiling mounted upside-down, so I have the image inverted and reversed. The 2nd image is what video playback looks like in both the BI app, and using the remote browser access (Blue Iris Tools).
What's happening here? Any idea?

Right click on the playback video and select 360 degree de-warp, and then select No. It looks like you inadvertently have Panoramic selected.

Thanks for the suggestion. That wasn't the case, though. What did work was turning off all transformation in BI (Flip and Rotate), and adjust the image in the camera's interface.

if you were rotating in blue iris and using direct to disk, that would explain it....
