Wow! I remember the craziness trying to go to parks in Canada when Canada did this. Today, the Supreme Court basically said that half of Oklahoma belongs to the indians!

As American citizens, the Constitution says that we all have certain inalienable rights: Free speech, religion, right to defend ourselves & family against bodily harm & tyranny, etc.

I love capitalism & small businesses (I am a small business owner). I enjoy living in a sovereign United States that respects the rule of law & private property. Capitalism works.

I don't like socialism or communism because they don't work and have historically resulted in hundreds or millions of deaths and eventual oppression. They always end up running out of resources & money because no one wants to work or invent new things or can invent new things because of social controls. Socialism is immoral government theft of another's labor under threat of prison or worse.

The end game for socialists & communists, including Biden, Pelosi, Schumer, Nadler, Schiff, the Mass Media & many others is to attack Trump to hide their decades of corruption, destroy the Constitution, the United States & the US Dollar. These criminals seek to become part of a one world government controlled by the IMF, World Bank, Rothchilds, CCP, Soros and a host of others even more powerful behind the scenes. Gates, Bezos & other tech giants are pushing for this outcome as well. They're planning on thinning the herd and running the tech & supply chains. It's fucking crazy.

All of the current racial, gender & religious divisiveness is intentional & designed to foment revolution & lawlessness, a hallmark of past communist takeovers.

NYC Mayor paints the streets in homage to BLM marxist masters in effort to one-up other spineless grovelling city and state leaders.

Next thing you know they'll get a family member trapped in Trump Tower HQ and have to call for Snake Pliskin to glider in.

Am l the only one that finds it abhorrent that many in society are surprised that a female black person could be a fighter pilot? The standards of the libs that believe it's almost shocking that this could happen such that we need to celebrate it is yet another form of racism. Blacks are much more capable than the racist libs believe.

Not a fan of these two but I find it ridiculous that these folks didn't have the rule of law anywhere in sight to protect them or their property but it appears that the rule of law is going after them. Maybe l just haven't followed the details of this incident but were there not hundreds of armed anarchists roaming various public places brandishing firearms across the nation and the police did nothing? When is the rule of law going to go after all those that caused violence and destruction of property?

Neither one of them know anything about handling firearms at all, let alone when confronting an angry mob, pardon me, protesters, but they were on their own property, were being threatened and there is a Castle law that applies here. Just another showboating "woke" politician masquerading as a prosecutor trying to deny the truth and Constitutional guarantees to support the "movement".

As I understand it, the natives won't own more land because of this ruling--but they'll have legal jurisdiction over the new land. So federal oversight vs state oversight.

This will be one of the most interesting elections in US history...

TikTok:

History of issues noted in the press:

Exercise caution when using Chinese apps like TikTok
BY REP. MICHAEL MCCAUL (R-TEXAS), OPINION CONTRIBUTOR — 01/13/20 02:02 PM EST 45THE VIEWS EXPRESSED BY CONTRIBUTORS ARE THEIR OWN AND NOT THE VIEW OF THE HILL

What’s going on with TikTok, China, and the US government?
The wildly popular video app’s ties to China are prompting some US users and politicians to panic.
By Rebecca Jennings@rebexxxxa Dec 16, 2019, 8:40am EST

The Federalist even quotes vox... lol hows that... "Vox outlined two major concerns about TikTok in December.."
"TikTok collects data. As an app owned by Chinese company ByteDance, the CCP can access it. TikTok claims U.S. data is stored outside of China. But that’s “largely irrelevant,” as Alex Stamos, director of the Stanford Internet Observatory told the Washington Post last fall. “The leverage the government has over the people who have access to that data, that’s what’s relevant.” "

TikTok’s owner is helping China’s campaign of repression in Xinjiang, report finds
"..
New evidence of links between the security apparatus and China’s biggest tech companies comes just days after TikTok shut down the account of an American teenager who’d sought to highlight China’s human rights abuses in Xinjiang during what began as a makeup video.
..
After widespread condemnation for censoring an American, TikTok backtracked and reactivated the account of Feroza Aziz, a 17-year-old high school junior in New Jersey."

The comments from Reddit CEO and co-founder Steve Huffman were some of the more controversial offered up during a panel discussion with former public policy exec Elliot Schrage and former Facebook VP of Product Sam Lessin. During a brief conversation about the feature innovations of TikTok, Huffman pushed back hard on the notion that Silicon Valley startups had something to learn from the app.

“Maybe I’m going to regret this, but I can’t even get to that level of thinking with them,” Huffman said. “Because I look at that app as so fundamentally parasitic, that it’s always listening, the fingerprinting technology they use is truly terrifying, and I could not bring myself to install an app like that on my phone.”

“I actively tell people, ‘Don’t install that spyware on your phone,'” he later added.

Well, well, well,...

David Keating
@DavidLKeating

Someone at the @JoeBiden campaign should give him one of those #masks without a valve. If you have a valve on your mask, you're not protecting others, which is the point of a mask. I like that he has worn a mask, but let's have him wear the right one.

Those darn McCloskeys! They won't make the poster set at the Ft Benning school for boys, and I don't know or care about their politics, but damn it all, with no help and no police, they armed themselves and stood up.

Our two-party system sorta falls apart when one of them promotes the destruction of America and allies with terrorists who have that as their agenda. The Dem voters should slap them down for it, but they won't.
