I don't see a way, but I'm not the most advanced user on here. But from my digging around, I don't seen any way to even do a simple RSTP stream from an OS X device.
Then again. There is all the Malware spying on people's cameras. Is it all just Windoze? I can do RSTP from Windows, but not OS X. The blessings and curse of using a secure OS become apparent in these situations.
Apple limits the access to various API calls for developers. An example is, they don't allow apps to change the color temperature of the display in iOS apps. They probably don't allow network access to the camera for security reasons in OS X. It is a two edged sword.
