Using Blue Irus and PoE NVR together?

Hi all

I have the Reolink = RLK16-410B8 16-Channel 4MP PoE Security Camera System. I currently have 8 wired poe 4 MP cameras, and one RLC-422W 5MP Dual-Band WiFi Security IP Camera. all are working great, and the videos day and night are very nice high resolution videos.

The wireless is in my boat outside, and the other 8 are on the front porch, back porch, driveway, and garage. going to add a few ore cameras soon.

I'm also looking to add some 198 LED Long Range 300-400ft IR Illuminators for my trucks parking areas.

I wanted to know if anyone tried to use any 4MP and 5MP IP cameras with the 16 channel NVR that comes with the Reolink? And the Blue Iris?


I am looking to try to make a dual purpose workstation (computer) and NVR.


I want to be able to record in higher quality video on the NVR.but also monitor on any of my computers on the network.


How would I use both the NVR and Blue Iris together?
